In his role as Chief Business Officer, Sherman Roberts provides strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources and Campus Safety, and serves as the business liaison for the School’s auxiliary partnerships, including Flik Dining Services and the SPS School Store (via Higher Learning Supply Company).
Mr. Roberts joined St. Paul’s School in 2019 as Director of Business Operations and Analytics. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in higher education administration, having held various leadership roles at Emory University, most recently as Director of Decision Support and Business Intelligence. In the independent school sector, he previously served as Director of Human Resources and Business Operations at the Asheville School. Mr. Roberts is a lifelong learner who, in addition to his academic degrees, holds the Society for Human Resource Management — Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
Mr. Roberts lives in Concord, N.H., with his partner, Terek, and their cat, Harbinger (“Harbie”). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and discovering new and memorable dining experiences.
