With more than 25 miles of trails on our 2,000 acre grounds and indoor and outdoor tracks for speed work, St. Paul’s School is made for running.

The Big Red cross country program holds itself to a high standard that reflects School values, emphasizing consistent training and an inclusive team community. Our teams practice on campus and with long runs through Concord, and race on a home course that rolls through fields and woods, over bridges and berms, and along streams. In September, the girls claimed the Lakes Region League Invitational

All SPS athletes have access to our 98,000 square-foot LEED-certified athletic center, which includes an indoor track, a fully equipped cardiovascular room and a state-of-the-art weight training room. Athletic trainers are on hand for every practice and race to ensure the health, well-being and development of every student-athlete.
