Since 1982, SPS girls have been scoring goals on the ice at home and away.
During the 2019-2020 campaign, the girls ice hockey team notched 20+ wins and ultimately won the 2020 NEPSAC Patsy Odden Large School Championship. In 2015, the program won its first New England title in School history. One of the strongest programs in New England each year, the Big Red plays a very competitive out-of-league D1 NEPSAC schedule as well as its in-league Lakes Region Schedule. SPS girls ice hockey has produced numerous Division 1 collegiate players, including several who have gone on to roles in the Premier Hockey Federation (formerly known as the National Women’s Hockey League).
In addition to the Gordon and Ingalls indoor ice rinks at the St. Paul’s School Hockey Center, our athletes have access to our 98,000 square-foot LEED-certified athletic center, which includes a fully equipped cardiovascular room and a state-of-the-art weight training room. Athletic trainers are on hand for every practice and game to ensure the health, well-being and development of every student-athlete.
