    Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities for Operations, the Trades Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight of the licensed/skilled trades (electrician, plumber, HVAC tech, carpenter, locksmith, fleet mechanic) and workflow management via the School’s work order system. The Trades Manager also has contractor oversight responsibility for the School’s HVAC, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and BMS system maintenance contractors. Serves in an on-call rotation with other Facilities Department managers as On-Call Supervisor.
