Sixth Former Jordan Geronimo concludes his Big Red hoops career on a high note. The two-time Lakes Region All-Star forward is the 2019-20 Gatorade New Hampshire Boys Basketball Player of the Year. He is the first SPS basketball player to receive the honor.

During his final season with the boys varsity basketball team at SPS, Geronimo averaged 18.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game. Geronimo has signed a national letter of intent to join the Hoosiers at Indiana University next year. As the Gatorade New Hampshire Boys Basketball Player of the Year, he joins winners from the District of Columbia and 49 other states as a finalist for the Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year.

Geronimo is the second SPS student-athlete to earn Gatorade honors this school year. Fifth Former Malcolm Bussey was named the 2019 Gatorade New Hampshire Football Player of the Year in the fall.
