Graduation 2022 Information

The countdown has begun to Graduation on June 5. A full program of events is planned for the weekend as we welcome families to the grounds to mark this special milestone for our Sixth Form.

In response to commonly asked questions, we have compiled the following information. If you have additional questions, please contact Director of Parent Engagement Jennifer Fithian at graduation@sps.edu.

Celebrate your graduate

  • St. Paul’s School has provided 10 formal announcements to each graduate’s family. If you did not receive your package, please contact us.
  • Print-at-home lawn and window signs are now available! Click on the “Form of 2022 Graduation” button in the Parent Portal to view your options and find information on ordering hats, mugs, banners, diploma frames, and class rings.

Register today

We are eager to welcome you to the grounds. Please confirm your family's attendance by completing the registration form by May 1. Registration is required to properly plan for food and seating arrangements.
For COVID19-related guidelines, please read our Visitor Policy.
Graduates may invite as many guests as they wish to the grounds during Graduation Weekend. Two events have limited seating due to space constraints:
The Baccalaureate Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul. Each Sixth Former will receive two guest tickets in their mailboxes the week before Graduation.
Overflow seating for guests who would like to watch the livestream of the service will be available in the Old Chapel.
A special dinner for Sixth Form families will be offered on Saturday, June 4, at 5:30 p.m., and each graduate can bring a total of four guests.

When you arrive

Families are welcome to arrive on the grounds beginning Friday, June 3, at 2 p.m. Please see the full schedule here.
Nametags will be available to pick up when you arrive at the designated registration area listed on the schedule.
Parking locations can be found on the Campus Map and are marked by the letters A through G.
Staffed golf carts will be available should you have family members who require assistance moving between venues.
Shuttles will run from the Athletic and Fitness Center to the Crumpacker Boathouse during the Boat Races.

When you depart

  • The grounds will be open for outdoor family photography at the conclusion of Graduation.
  • We encourage families to enjoy the grounds after the ceremony and to kindly depart with their graduates by 2 p.m. on June 5.

In case of bad weather

  • Should inclement weather be forecasted, the Graduation ceremony will be moved to an indoor location. That change of venue will be communicated to parents on June 4.
