Share in a summer of discovery at the ASP. In just five and a half weeks, selected 11th-grade students are immersed in a college-level curriculum and challenged to discover new ways of learning. This quest extends beyond the classroom into the dormitories, onto the playing fields, and into the dining hall, encouraging students to make every moment of the ASP experience one to remember.

Students apply in the fall of their junior year for attendance in the summer before their senior year of high school. Application materials and deadlines can be found on this page. There is no application fee required to apply to the ASP!

Before completing the formal application process, please read the ASP Viewbook carefully and consult with your principal or guidance counselor. It is recommended that you attend an ASP information session in your area. Refer to the ASP on the Road section for further information.

The 2020 session runs from June 19 to July 26. Last year's tuition was $4,300. Tuition for the 2020 session will be determined in January and posted on the website.

To learn how to apply for need-based financial aid, please visit the Affording ASP page (see above).

The deadline to apply for financial aid is February 15, 2020.

Admissions/financial aid decisions for the 2020 summer session will be mailed in mid-March.
