To live, work, and learn at St. Paul’s School is an opportunity to join a tight-knit community formed around a single ideal: to educate students to build purposeful lives in service to the greater good. Together, faculty and staff are educators and models of ethical citizenship and inclusivity as we work to create a sense of belonging for every member of our community.
We do this on a 2,000-acre idyllic campus in a fully residential high school setting just minutes from downtown Concord, N.H. Nearly 300 faculty and staff support more than 500 students —helping each one reach for excellence in both character and scholarship.
We invite you to explore the opportunities to join our community as we seek to attract, retain and support a diverse, talented workforce. We offer highly competitive salaries and benefits, opportunities for growth, and the experience of being part of a community that puts students at the center of everything we do.
Thank you for your interest in St. Paul’s School. We seek to build and sustain a vibrant, fully residential community in which diverse perspectives are honored, affirmed, and included. We seek applications from candidates who embrace the opportunity to live and work in an ethical, inclusive secondary school setting that is student centered and mission driven. SPS faculty candidates reflect a demonstrated focus on the important work of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, an understanding of social-emotional learning in a developmental and relational context, and deep devotion to teaching in their area of expertise realized in a growth mindset.
St. Paul’s School staff members are essential to the life of the School and work hard to ensure that a shared commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of the student experience. They enjoy a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and an excellent retirement plan. Plus, there are many opportunities to engage with others in the community and take advantage of all that SPS has to offer — from using the School’s athletic facilities to joining a book group to taking a spin class.
