  • Associate Director of Alumni Relations, Director of Alumni Outreach

    Description: Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations, the Associate Director of Alumni Relations/Director of Alumni Outreach is responsible for the co-creation & implementation of strategic plans focused on outreach, engagement, and participation of alumni. Serves as the main staff point of contact for affinity groups, specifically our Alumnae affinity group XIX Society, alumni of color, and young alumni creating meaningful engagement opportunities, events, and communications. Position is responsible for oversight, marketing and metrics for overall programming including in person and virtual events for our alumni.

  • Associate Director of Finance

    The Associate Director of Finance is responsible for the day to day monitoring of operations through analysis and reporting. They will assist the Director of Finance in various financial functions as directed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, projections, statistical reporting, and budgeting. The Associate Director of Finance must possess a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

    This position requires the ability to review, analyze, maintain accurate general ledger accounts, and prepare and analyze financial management reports for the monthly reporting package.

  • Alumni Relations and Giving Officer

    St. Paul’s School has created a remote position to work with our young alumni (15th Reunion and younger) and alumni of color communities.
     
    The Officer is responsible for directing alumni engagement and fundraising for these SPS communities.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, form/community coordination and management, alumni engagement, fundraising for the annual fund, reunions, volunteer management, and all other form/community relations.  Ideally, the Alumni Relations Officer’s home-based office will be in the Northeast corridor, with a preference for New York City or Boston.
