Sarah Ludwig joined St. Paul’s School in 2016 as the Director of Ohrstrom Library and was named the School’s Director of Studies in 2023. Prior to joining SPS, Ms. Ludwig worked at the Ethel Walker School, Wilbraham & Monson Academy and Hamden Hall Country Day School. She earned her M.L.S. from Simmons College and her B.A. in English and History from Mount Holyoke College.

Currently, Ms. Ludwig teaches Humanities V, coaches tennis, advises The Pelican and serves as the Chair of the Visitors Committee. She also has advised the yearbook, served as a head of house, and taught humanities electives.

Ms. Ludwig lives on the grounds with her family.
