In 1921, a group of alumni established an annual fund at St. Paul’s School to be “devoted to the pressing needs of the School,” and they sought to “urge upon all alumni to form the habit of giving something each year to this fund.” Every single student since has benefited from The SPS Fund.

After 100 years, The SPS Fund remains vital in allowing the School to pivot as needed, and it enhances every facet of the SPS experience, making it more important than ever in supporting a school that is thriving and working together to help students learn to build purposeful lives in service to the greater good.

When you support The SPS Fund, you’re part of a tradition that directly affects students’ experiences today — and their futures. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of today’s students and tomorrow’s leaders.

Areas of Support

Academics

A St. Paul’s education prepares students not just for college, but for lives of meaning and connection, creative problem solving, continuous learning, and extraordinary impact.

Arts

Help support the full range of arts offerings – each is an opportunity for a student to find their voice.

Athletics

From facilities and equipment to training and travel, the generosity of our community makes athletics an essential part of an SPS education for every student.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice

Support our ideal of being a community that welcomes all, supports all, and prepares our students to serve all with respect and kindness.

Environment/Sustainability

Help SPS act on and increase its sustainability commitments.

Faculty

Your SPS Fund gift empowers our faculty to practice their craft at the highest level.

Financial Aid

Financial aid ensures that the most dynamic and diverse new class assembles each fall. Nearly 40% of SPS students receive financial aid, and our learning community would not be what it is without all of their voices and contributions.

Heritage Fund

The School’s beautiful heritage buildings — the Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul, the Old Chapel, the Upper and cloisters, Sheldon Library — and the surrounding grounds and waterways are inextricably intertwined with one another and with the School community’s history, identity, and experience. Careful, sustained care of these family heirlooms is an important stewardship responsibility for the current generation of St. Paul’s people. Unrestricted gifts made to the SPS Heritage Fund in support of the grounds and buildings are reinvestments in the beauty and grace of Millville.

Student Life

Your SPS Fund gift sustains a St. Paul’s School where every experience is an opportunity for growth and every student can participate fully.

You Help Make it Happen

From lab equipment to books to facility upgrades to new programs and events, your gift directly impacts the student experience at SPS. See how you make a difference.
