The countdown has begun to Graduation on June 4. A full program of events is planned for the weekend as we welcome families to the grounds to mark this special milestone for our Sixth Form.

In response to commonly asked questions, we have compiled the following information. If you have additional questions, please contact Director of Parent Engagement Jennifer Fithian at graduation@sps.edu.

Celebrate your graduate

  • St. Paul’s School has provided 10 formal announcements to each graduate’s family. If you did not receive your package, please contact us.
  • Print-at-home lawn and window signs are now available! Click on the “Form of 2023 Graduation” button in the Parent Portal to view your options and find information on ordering hats, mugs, banners, diploma frames, and class rings.

Register today

  • We are eager to welcome you to the grounds. Please confirm your family’s attendance by completing the registration form by May 8. Registration is required to properly plan for food and seating arrangements.
  • Graduates may invite as many guests as they wish to the grounds during Graduation Weekend. One events has limited seating due to space constraints:
    • Please note: The Baccalaureate Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul. Seating is limited, and each Sixth Former will receive two guest tickets. A live broadcast of the service with overflow seating will be available in the Old Chapel for additional family members and friends.

When you arrive

    • Name tags and your two Baccalaureate tickets will be available to pick up when you arrive at the designated registration area listed on the schedule.
  • Parking locations can be found on the Campus Map and are marked by the letters A through G.
  • Staffed golf carts will be available should you have family members who require assistance moving between venues.

Enjoy the ceremony

  • The Graduation ceremony will be livestreamed and recorded for friends and family members who cannot attend in person. We will share a link to the livestream prior to the event and a link to the recording afterward.
  • A professional photographer from GradImages will photograph each graduate as they receive their diploma. Proofs will be emailed to you after the event for image selection and ordering. We kindly ask that you are respectful of those around you when taking your own photographs or video.

When you depart

  • The grounds will be open for outdoor family photography at the conclusion of Graduation, and a boxed Community Lunch will be served immediately after the ceremony.
  • We encourage families to enjoy the grounds after the ceremony and to kindly depart with their graduates by 2 p.m. on June 4.

In case of bad weather

  • Should inclement weather be forecasted, the Graduation ceremony will be moved to an indoor location. That change of venue will be communicated to parents prior to the ceremony.
