Answers to general questions about Anniversary can be found below. For questions about your form’s specific events, please reach out to your form director. For all other questions, please contact the Advancement Office at rsvp@sps.edu.
What are the COVID-19 protocols for attending Anniversary Weekend this year?
We strongly encourage all visitors to the School to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines and boosters. For more information, please read our Visitors Policy.
Can I come to campus if it is not my reunion year?
Yes, Anniversary Weekend is open to all alumni.
Are walk-in registrations allowed this year?
Those who register by May 19 receive an early bird discount, and we strongly encourage registering in advance as this aids us in the planning process, but walk-in registrations will be allowed.
What is the alcohol policy during Anniversary Weekend?
No alcohol may be brought onto campus. Consumption of alcohol is only to take place in the tents or designated reception sites, and only while the bar is open.
Which hotels in the area have some rooms blocked for alumni?
You can find your form’s hotel block and other local hotel information here.
Is staying in the dorms an option?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to have anyone stay in the dorms during Anniversary. SPS students will have just vacated their rooms and the School will need to prepare for the arrival of students attending the summer Advanced Studies Program immediately following Anniversary.
Will there be transportation available to and from hotels and grounds?
Yes, SPS will provide shuttle services to and from the Anniversary-affiliated hotels in Concord on Friday and Saturday. Please look for additional information on times for shuttles at alumni check-in and at your hotel.
Can our form create an event off grounds?
Yes. We encourage you to reach out to your form director to coordinate any events for your form off campus.
Will we have access to buildings on the grounds?
While alumni may visit all outside spaces while on grounds, only specific buildings will be accessible during Anniversary Weekend. Please refer to the full schedule of events for what will be open and when.
Will the school store be open during Anniversary Weekend?
Yes. Store hours during the weekend are:
Friday, June 9, from noon to 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What time will on-campus events end?
Each night, on-campus events will end at 10 p.m. to be in compliance with city noise ordinances and out of respect for families in residence on the grounds.
Are there family-friendly activities during the weekend?
Families are welcome to attend Anniversary festivities. There is a range of alumni events and programs suitable for children during the day.
Will childcare be available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare this year.
Is there a cost to attend Anniversary Weekend 2023?
Similar to years past, there is a cost associated with some meals during the weekend; fees will be collected at the time of your registration.
Will there be parking on campus?
Yes, parking will be available throughout the grounds. We do, however, encourage all visitors staying at Concord hotels to take advantage of shuttle services provided by the School. For guests with mobility issues, special needs parking is available. When you arrive, please speak with a safety officer for directions to the nearest parking area.
Will there be transportation on the grounds?
Shuttle buses will circle the grounds throughout the weekend with stops at key locations. For those with mobility issues, golf carts with drivers will be available between events and during the parade.
