Answers to general questions about Anniversary can be found below. For questions about your form’s specific events, please reach out to your form director. For all other questions, please contact the Advancement Office at rsvp@sps.edu.

Is there a cost to attend Anniversary Weekend 2024?

Yes. As in years past, there is a cost associated with some meals; fees will be collected when you register.

Are walk-in registrations allowed?

Yes, but we strongly encourage registering in advance as this aids us in the planning process.

Can I come to campus if it is not my reunion year?

Yes. Anniversary Weekend is open to all alumni.

Are there family-friendly activities during the weekend?

Yes. Families are welcome to attend Anniversary festivities. There is a range of alumni events and programs suitable for children during the day.

Will childcare be available?

Maybe — we hope to offer professional childcare for children under 10, if there is enough interest. If offered, childcare would likely be on Friday and Saturday evenings during receptions and dinners, and possibly early Saturday afternoon.

Are there hotels in the area with rooms blocked for alumni?

Yes. You can find your form’s hotel block and other local hotel information on the Hotel Information webpage.

Is staying in the student houses an option?

No. School will still be in session and houses will be full of students.

Will there be transportation available to and from hotels and grounds?

Yes. SPS will provide shuttle services to and from the Anniversary-affiliated hotels in Concord on Friday and Saturday. Please look for additional information on times for shuttles at check-in and at your hotel.

Will there be transportation on the grounds?

Yes. Shuttle buses will circle the grounds throughout the weekend with stops at key locations. For those with mobility issues, golf carts with drivers will be available between events and during the parade.

Will there be parking on the grounds?

Yes — but we encourage all alumni staying at Concord hotels to take advantage of shuttle services provided by the School. For guests with mobility issues, special needs parking is available. When you arrive, please speak with a safety officer for directions to the nearest parking area.

Will we have access to buildings on the grounds?

Sometimes. Alumni may visit all outside spaces while on grounds. Specific buildings will be accessible when they are the locations for scheduled Anniversary events. Please refer to the full schedule of events for what will be open and when.

Will the school store be open?

Yes. Store hours during the weekend are:
Friday, May 3, from noon to 6 p.m.
Saturday, May 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What is the alcohol policy during Anniversary Weekend?

No alcohol may be brought onto the grounds of St. Paul’s School. In accordance with state law, consumption of alcohol is only to take place in the designated reception and dinner sites, and only while the bar is open.

Can our form create an event off grounds?

Yes. We encourage you to reach out to your form director to coordinate any events for your form off grounds.

What time will on-grounds events end?

On-grounds events will end at 10 p.m. to be in compliance with city noise ordinances and out of respect for students and faculty families in residence on the grounds.
